Who operates this site

مختلف (Mokhtalif) is the brand behind the Vision and Terra collection. For privacy requests, contact the founder through @mokhtalif.sa on Instagram. The site is a prelaunch preview; it does not currently take payments or orders.

What we collect and why

If you join the waitlist, we collect your email address, your selected interest (Vision, Terra or both), and the signup time. The email is required to send collection launch updates; product interest is optional in substance and can be set to “both.” We use this information only for the updates you requested, based on your consent. We do not ask for your name, address, phone number or card information.

The preview bag stays in the page while you browse and is not stored in our database. Our hosting provider may process routine technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to serve and secure the site. The owner sign-in for the private waitlist dashboard is handled by the hosting platform.

Who can access it

The founder can view waitlist entries in a restricted dashboard. The site and database are hosted through ChatGPT Sites and its infrastructure providers. We do not sell your waitlist information or put advertising trackers on this site. When launch emails become available, the email service and its privacy terms should be disclosed here before it is used.

How long we keep it

Waitlist entries remain in the database while the launch list is active. We will remove them when they are no longer needed for the launch, or when you ask us to remove yours, subject to any legal requirement. There is no automated deletion schedule yet. Hosting logs may follow the provider’s own retention practices.

Your choices and rights

You can withdraw your consent or ask to access, correct, or delete your waitlist entry by contacting @mokhtalif.sa on Instagram from the account you use to reach us. We may need to verify that the email belongs to you before changing it. You may also raise a concern with the relevant data protection authority. See the Cookie Policy for technical storage details.
