Before launch
Joining the waitlist and adding an item to the preview bag do not involve payment, so there is nothing to refund or cancel. A waitlist signup is not a preorder.
When sales open
Before any checkout goes live, this page will be updated with the seller’s verified details, delivery locations, return steps, timing, refund method and any lawful exceptions. Applicable consumer rights will still apply. We will not use this prelaunch page to restrict those rights.
